Melon Skewers with Basil Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups loosely packed basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cantelope
  • 1/2 honeydew melon
  • 6-8 slices prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 container bocconcini
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add oil, basil, salt and garlic into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside
  • Scoop out melon balls. Alternate melons, cheese and prosciutto on skewers. Garnish with basil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
