Melon Skewers with Basil Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

loosely packed basil leaves

cloves
garlic

salt

cantelope
1/2
honeydew melon
6-8
slices prosciutto
thinly sliced

bocconcini
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add oil, basil, salt and garlic into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside
Scoop out melon balls. Alternate melons, cheese and prosciutto on skewers. Garnish with basil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
